Description du poste

As a DevOps Engineer in Aerospace & Space, you will play a critical role in bridging development and operations to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and maintenance of software systems for aerospace applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • CI/CD Pipeline Development:
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for aerospace software projects.
  • Automating build, test, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  • Managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
  • Ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with aerospace industry standards.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Working closely with software developers, system engineers, and IT teams to align DevOps practices with project goals.
  • Supporting agile methodologies to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Implementing monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues in real time.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Ensuring secure coding practices and compliance with aerospace cybersecurity standards.
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or space industries is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of IT security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
