We're looking for an Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll provide technical expertise, investigate complex data and product-related enquiries, support business improvements, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Investigate and resolve complex data, product and operational enquiries, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Analyse business requirements, product configurations and data trends to support enhancements, migrations and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, auditors and technology stakeholders to deliver effective and compliant solutions.
- Support testing activities for system releases, patches and business changes to ensure quality outcomes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist with audits, quality assurance activities and compliance requirements, ensuring work is completed in line with business standards and regulatory obligations.
- Work closely with colleagues to manage enquiries and deliver services in line with client requirements and agreed service levels.
What we're looking for
- Experience within superannuation or financial services.
- Exposure to business analysis, product analysis or operational support environments.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience investigating complex data or system-related issues.
- Well-developed organisational, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, quality outcomes and risk awareness.
