Job Description

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Change Management unit. In this position, you will be responsible for managing strategic digitalization and IT projects within our organization. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by: 

  • Ensuring the company’s projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within the agreed scope;
  • Managing project budget, schedule, scope, documentation, communication, human resources, risks, and stakeholders in line with project management best practices and methodologies;
  • Collaborating with service providers and external institutions on project execution matters
  • Aligning the interests of the organization’s stakeholders;
  • Contributing to the development of the PMO function across the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management (experience in managing information systems implementation projects would be an advantage);
  • Ability to apply Agile, Project Management Institute (PMBOK), PRINCE2, and other standards in practice, with a certification validating this knowledge (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent);
  • Good English language skills (at least B2 level);
  • Analytical thinking, result orientation, ability to think critically and creatively, and to manage large amounts of information simultaneously, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills;
  • High emotional intelligence - the ability to address emotional challenges and appropriately choose methods and approaches for action.
