Shape the future of professional vehicle selling
Autorola Group is transforming how vehicles are bought, sold, valued and managed across the global automotive industry.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Seller Space—the products and experiences that help professional sellers onboard, submit, prepare and sell vehicle inventory efficiently and successfully through Autorola.
This is a commercially important role at the heart of Autorola Marketplace. You will shape the entire seller journey, from onboarding and inventory submission to pricing, auction execution, performance management and long-term retention.
Your success will be measured through seller activation, inventory growth, listing quality, sell-through, time-to-sale and repeat supply—not by the number of features delivered.
About Autorola Group
Autorola Group is a global provider of online vehicle remarketing, automotive IT solutions and business intelligence for the used-vehicle industry.
Through Autorola Marketplace, Autorola Solutions and Indicata, we help manufacturers, leasing companies, fleet owners and dealers buy, sell, value and manage vehicles more effectively.
With more than 850 employees across 20 subsidiaries in Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, we combine international scale and industry expertise with an ambition to transform how we build products and create customer value.
Your role
As Product Manager for Seller Space, you will own the product strategy, priorities and outcomes across the end-to-end seller journey.
You will bring together experiences that have traditionally been distributed across different products, integrations and operational processes. Your responsibility is to make it easier and more valuable for professional sellers to sell vehicles through Autorola while improving marketplace supply and commercial performance.
This means understanding different seller types and workflows, reducing the effort involved in supplying inventory and improving the decisions that determine whether, when and how successfully a vehicle sells. Your remit will span onboarding, inventory ingestion, vehicle data, pricing, auction preparation, stock performance and repeat supply.
The role is part of Autorola’s company-wide Product organisation and reports to the Chief Product Officer. You will work closely with Product Design and Engineering in a cross-functional product team and help establish the empowered, outcome-oriented ways of working we are introducing across Autorola.
You will also collaborate with commercial teams, marketplace operations, country organisations, catalogue and vehicle-data specialists, and other product teams. This is an international role with considerable scope to influence both our seller proposition and the future direction of Autorola Marketplace.
What you will be doing
In this role you will:
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and priorities for Seller Space.
- Develop a deep understanding of different seller types, their operational workflows and the barriers preventing them from supplying and successfully selling vehicles.
- Improve seller onboarding and reduce the effort and time required to submit and list the first vehicle.
- Simplify how sellers supply inventory through digital interfaces, integrations, data feeds and other scalable ingestion methods.
- Improve vehicle identification, catalogue completeness, listing quality and the accuracy of information presented to buyers.
- Help sellers and internal teams make better decisions about pricing, reserves, auction formats, sales channels and target markets.
- Reduce the operational work required to prepare, launch and manage auctions while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Give sellers greater transparency into stock status, buyer engagement, sale outcomes and recommended next actions.
- Use customer research, marketplace data and commercial insight to identify the constraints with the greatest impact on inventory growth, sell-through and marketplace liquidity.
- Define clear outcome metrics and use experimentation and continuous learning to evaluate product performance.
- Work with Product Design and Engineering to explore problems, test assumptions and deliver effective, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams across countries to create scalable products while recognising important differences between seller segments and local markets.
- Manage dependencies with Buyer Space, Product Foundation and other product areas that influence seller outcomes.
You will have the mandate to determine where the greatest opportunities exist, make clear prioritisation decisions and lead the team towards measurable outcomes.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who combines strong product judgement with commercial awareness, analytical ability and an appreciation of operational complexity.
You will likely bring:
- A strong track record in product management, including ownership of a commercially important product, workflow or problem space.
- Experience working across product strategy, discovery, delivery, adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong customer-discovery skills and the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insight into clear product direction.
- Experience using operational, behavioural or commercial data to diagnose problems and evaluate results.
- Experience working closely with Product Design and Engineering in a cross-functional environment.
- The ability to understand complex workflows, integrations and operational processes without losing sight of the customer experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence commercial, operational and technical stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
- The judgement to balance immediate commercial opportunities with the development of a coherent long-term product.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across countries, functions and levels of seniority.
Experience with marketplaces, auctions, inventory management, integrations, workflow products, B2B commerce or other supply-side products would be particularly valuable. Automotive experience is an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
What success looks like
During your first six months, you will have developed a strong understanding of our sellers, operational workflows, marketplace dynamics and current performance. You will have established clear outcome metrics, identified the most important opportunities and created a focused product direction with Product Design, Engineering and key business partners.
Within your first 12–18 months, we expect to see measurable progress in selected seller outcomes, such as:
- Seller activation and time-to-first-listing.
- Active sellers, inventory volume and repeat supply.
- Inventory-ingestion efficiency, listing completeness and stock quality.
- Sell-through and time-to-sale.
- Seller satisfaction, retention and confidence in Autorola.
- Supply and liquidity across Autorola Marketplace.
You will also have established a continuous discovery, experimentation and measurement cadence within the team.
Why join Autorola?
You will take ownership of a mission-critical part of an international marketplace, with direct influence on customer experience, marketplace supply and commercial performance.
You will join Autorola as we strengthen our company-wide Product organisation and organise more clearly around customer problems. You will not simply inherit a fixed roadmap—you will help shape the product direction and how we work.
We offer the scale, stability, data and industry access of an established international company together with a meaningful opportunity to drive change across more than 20 subsidiaries.
We also offer pension and health insurance, social and company events, a great lunch arrangement, access to a fitness room and a lively Friday bar.
Want to join the team?
We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
We recognise that strong candidates bring different combinations of experience. We value inclusion and diversity and encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every listed qualification.
Applications and CVs will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the advertisement may be removed once the right candidate has been found.
