Role overviewWe are looking for a SAP Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear requirements for a large SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to analyse current processes, design the future processes, and make sure the final solution matches what the business actually needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyse and document business processes.
• Help redesign business processes to fit the new system.
• Build business, conceptual, functional, and data models.
• Gather and organise business requirements, both functional and non-functional.
• Support the S/4HANA implementation by preparing key deliverables, such as process flows in BPMN 2.0, following the SAP Activate methodology.
• Help design and review business test cases and scenarios.
• Make sure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders, both inside and outside the organisation.
• Lead meetings on business process modelling and requirements gathering.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• University Master's degree (or a university-level degree of at least 4 years) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements analysis, and process redesign, ideally in budgeting, finance, accounting, logistics, or public procurement, using SAP technology.
• Practical experience with BPMN 2.0 and building business, functional and data models.
• Experience writing business test cases for ERP systems.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• The confidence to work effectively with key users and technical teams and to present to senior management.
• Good knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (or a similar tool).
• Awareness of current data protection rules and regulations.
• Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with ARIS or a similar business process modelling tool.
• Experience defining end-to-end business processes.
