As AI platforms rapidly evolve, the ecosystem surrounding them is becoming one of the biggest drivers of customer value. We're looking for a product leader to help shape how Zenity integrates with and extends the enterprise AI ecosystem.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager – Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships to define and drive Zenity's product strategy across our strategic technology partners.
This role sits at the intersection of product management, technology strategy, and customer discovery. You'll work closely with product and engineering leaders at leading technology companies to identify opportunities, shape joint product experiences, and deliver integrations that create meaningful value for our customers.
You'll own the product vision for our ecosystem—discovering new capabilities, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring Zenity delivers a seamless experience across the platforms our customers use every day.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute Zenity's product strategy for strategic technology partnerships.
- Build trusted relationships with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams at leading technology companies.
- Identify customer problems that can be solved through joint product experiences.
- Define compelling "Better Together" solutions that drive customer value and differentiate Zenity.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for strategic integrations—from discovery and prioritization to launch and adoption.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver impactful ecosystem capabilities.
- Influence partner roadmaps by working closely with external product teams on APIs, platform capabilities, and joint initiatives.
- Prioritize ecosystem investments based on customer needs, business impact, and strategic value.
- Define success metrics and continuously measure adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
- Represent Zenity in product discussions with strategic technology partners and customers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.
- A proven track record of taking products from concept to customer adoption.
- Experience building APIs, integrations, platforms, or ecosystem products.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex technical initiatives.
- Exceptional product discovery skills and deep customer empathy.
- Experience collaborating and influencing across organizations without direct authority.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms.
- Experience working with technology ecosystems
- Experience building strategic product partnerships or leading cross-company product initiatives.
