In this role, you will collaborate with external or internal clients to execute procurement operations such as, Supplier Enablement, Catalog Enablement, Requisition Processing, Contract Upload and Maintenance, Master Data Maintenance, and Spot Buy
- Develop and manage procurement operations pipeline, continuous improvement initiatives and ensure procurement solutions are addressing related client metrics and contracted SLAs for designated service
- Manage delivery of practice services including spend under management and operational and savings achievement. Demonstrate mastery in procure-to-pay. Strategic development and performance delivery of the procurement operations function.
What are we looking for? • Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or managing suppliers
- Preferred - Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
- Masters Business Administration
- Formal training or experience in strategic sourcing
- Knowledge of procurement operations
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual or service level obligations
- Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take action necessary to address any issues
- Provide input to Accenture best practices
- Deliver Procurement Operations services including the following per the client scope of services:
- o Supplier Enablement
- o Catalog Enablement
- o Requisition & PO Processing
- o Master Data Maintenance
- o Spot Buy
- Develop and implement procurement operations practices specific to client need and procurement operations strategy
- Implement and support enforcement of procurement operations processes
- Actively monitor and communicate procurement operations performance, opportunities for improvement, leading practices, etc. for designated clients throughout contract term
