Swedbank Procurement IT is looking for a skilled developer who thrives in a data-driven, fast-evolving environment and is passionate about building intelligent, scalable solutions.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain Procurement IT applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform across BCM, TPRM and supporting modules
  • Implement AI-driven use cases (e.g., AI-powered search, recommendations, automation, and data enrichment)
  • Build integrations using REST APIs and standard integration platforms, consolidating data from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with architects and the team on design and implementation decisions
  • Support internal stakeholders and the Product Owner in balancing development activities with lifecycle management, maintenance, regulatory requirements
  • Build and continuously expand your understanding of the business within the value stream
  • Participate in and contribute to the full development lifecycle—from initial analysis and requirement gathering to development and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage update sets, instance cloning, and version upgrades across different environments

In this role, you will work at the intersection of modern data platforms and enterprise applications, leveraging technologies like Azure Data Lake and Databricks alongside the ServiceNow platform. You will help shape solutions that combine data engineering, AI capabilities, and automation to transform the Procurement domain.

What is needed in this role:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or the ServiceNow scripting framework, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design pattern concepts
  • Familiarity with data lake technologies (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Lake)
  • Experience implementing or consuming AI/ML-based capabilities (ServiceNow AI or external)
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow TPRM, BCM, CMDB modules is considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience working with international teams
