Summary: In this role, you will provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production of RF products and rapid resolution of technical challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to production lines
  • Assist with scaling new product designs into manufacturing environments
  • Review and maintain production documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Complete first article inspections and validate component quality
  • Collaborate with Engineering to process ECOs and design revisions
  • Troubleshoot failures involving electrical components and assemblies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to quality and efficiency

What You'll Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience with RF testing or high-frequency systems (preferred)
  • Exposure to: • MRP systems and ECO processes
  • ISO-compliant manufacturing environments
  • Electrical assemblies and documentation
  • ESD-safe practices
  • Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
