This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to define product strategy and deliver impactful digital solutions that improve experiences for customers and communities.You will own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of key product areas while balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical opportunities.Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams, you will transform insights into scalable product experiences.The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from discovery and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement.You will play a key role in advancing AI-powered capabilities and shaping modern technology solutions in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.This is an opportunity for an experienced product leader to influence innovation, mentor peers, and create measurable customer impact.

Accountabilities: As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives while acting as a strategic partner across business and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products or major product areas, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Build and prioritize product roadmaps using customer feedback, market research, usage data, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, product requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions while managing trade-offs across features, technical investments, integrations, and innovation initiatives.
  • Drive customer discovery, experimentation, and validation efforts by analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights before and after product releases.
  • Serve as a product expert for customers, sales teams, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and strategic discussions.
  • Lead go-to-market planning, enablement activities, product launches, and post-launch optimization initiatives.
  • Define and monitor key product metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes, using data to guide decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI-powered capabilities that solve customer challenges and improve product value.
  • Partner with technical teams to evaluate AI opportunities, establish best practices, and support responsible AI adoption.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity across product activities, including research, documentation, analysis, meeting summaries, and requirements development.
  • Drive product integrations and partnerships that enhance platform value and customer outcomes.
  • Mentor and support other product managers through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to improving product management processes, standards, and operational practices across the organization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with strong strategic, analytical, and technical capabilities, combined with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver customer-focused solutions. Required qualifications include:

  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, technology platforms, enterprise software, or digital products.
  • Proven experience owning product roadmaps and successfully delivering outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product strategies, requirements, and priorities.
  • Experience working with technical concepts, software architectures, integrations, and emerging technologies, including AI capabilities.
  • Proficiency using AI tools such as generative AI assistants, GPT-based solutions, or copilots to improve product management workflows.
  • Experience with modern product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Figma, Pendo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience leading product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and customer adoption strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding other product professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, complex customer environments, AI innovation programs, or emerging technologies is preferred.
  • Ability to work primarily during Pacific Time hours with flexibility to collaborate across teams.
