The Specialist III, Cybersecurity role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within cybersecurity. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated professional experience aligned to the role level and scope of responsibility.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement methodologies.

  • Preferred certifications relevant to the role, such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
