Description:
You will be working across multiple functions, building strong customer and supplier relationships, and driving projects from planning through delivery. Candidates with experience in aerospace, defense, advanced technology, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries will be particularly well suited. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, problem-solving abilities, and excellent English communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of complex engineering and technology programs, including budget control, schedule management, resource planning, risk mitigation, milestone delivery, and executive reporting.
- Manage customer and supplier relationships while providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, systems development, operations, manufacturing, program management, and senior leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive project performance, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – Required
- 3-5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary development projects – Required
- Experience in weapons systems development – Advantage
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding USD 10 million – Advantage
- High level of English proficiency
