Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with basic financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial data collection.
- Participate in process improvement and cost control projects.
- Contribute to the communication of financial data and insights.
- Support financial compliance and reporting efforts.
- Aid in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.
- Provide assistance on various financial projects and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in finance or related roles
- Proficiencies in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Finance or a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, while not mandatory, are a plus
