Job DetailsJob Location: Century Main Office - Hickory, NC 28601Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayPosition Summary Responsible for costing new product introductions and annual product line costing review. Partners with merchandising, product engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance and IT teams. Essential Duties Product Costing New product costing (cost rollup, analysis & presentation) Annual product line costing (existing skus) Assist in costing related SAP master data maintenance Other Cost saving initiatives (product & processes) Ad hoc reports/analysis Projects as needed QualificationsPosition Requirements Minimum 2 years in product development/engineering, cost accounting or equivalent experience working in a production environment, preferably furniture Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, advanced skills preferred Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills High level of attention to details Customer first (external and internal) mentality Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
