UI designer

We’re looking for a UI Designer to join our design team at Koffeecup. You’ll help shape the look and feel of our digital experiences—crafting clean, intuitive, and beautifully designed interfaces that people actually want to use. If you know your way around design systems, love solving tricky interaction challenges, and obsess over the little details that make a big difference, we’d love to chat.

• 4-6 years of experience in the game industry
• Experience creating game specific assets
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and creativity.
• Excellent sense of imagination and problem-solving abilities for complex projects.
• Proficiency in design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Solid understanding of design & development best practices, with a focus on pixel-perfect UI.
• Ability to manage timelines and work independently to meet project goals.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience or interest in UX design, AR/VR technologies, and video game design is a plus.

• Independently create high-quality UI designs based on project briefs
• Create game ready assets
• Develop designs that are on-brand, following the game’s creative vision and business strategy.
• Create confident prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality.
• Work closely with developers, creative leads, and UX designers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Support developers with UI implementation, ensuring design accuracy and consistency.
• Manage projects of varying length and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with UI trends, design best practices, and new technologies to enhance your design work.
• Take feedback and critique constructively, using it to improve and refine your designs.
• Provide creative solutions to complex design challenges while maintaining functionality and usability.
