Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Structure Stress Engineer (m/f) to join our Airframe Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team that supports the Single Aisle (SA) & Long Range (A318/A319/A320/A321 & A330/A340) programs. Within the Engineering Fuselage Structure Customer Support team, you will be involved in handling in-service aircraft issues, production issues, and cabin upgrades topics, aiming to ensure the safe operability and structural integrity of our fleets.

Your challenges:
- Keep each aircraft flying: Solve technical requests (TRM) raised by engineering, repair, or documentation teams.
- Secure SA/LR fleet airworthiness: Address in-service occurrences to secure the airworthiness of SA aircraft (ISO) and support SB/RFW1000/MISP activities.
- Connect with and support production teams (MAP): Build close relationships with our manufacturing plants in order to support concessions and QSR topics ; anb when relevant associtated ManO.

Your boarding pass:
- Professional Experience: Solid background in Airframe Stress engineering (ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience).
- Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) applied to metallic structures within the SA/LR NFF/NCF perimeter.
- Soft Skills: Agile, proactive, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Communication & Stakeholders: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable decisions.
- Languages: High level of communication skills in both French and English ("English is our sky’s language").
