MEP Project Manager

The project:

The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead and inspire MEP teams to deliver excellence, promoting a culture of safety, quality, collaboration and compliance with Mace standards.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of MEP services, ensuring programme, health, safety, wellbeing, quality and commissioning objectives are achieved.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders, driving effective coordination and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project delivery, procurement and commissioning strategies that support programme certainty, operational performance and value creation.
• Oversee design, construction and project controls, proactively managing risks, productivity, quality and continuous improvement to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Lead the development of high-performing teams while supporting Mace’s net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management and reduction of carbon emissions across project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical.
• Experience in the relevant field.
