Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Pipeline Development:

Assist in building, maintaining, and automating robust data ingestion pipelines from diverse automotive data sources.

  • GCP Data Ecosystem:

Work directly with core Google Cloud data tools including BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc, and Cloud Storage.

  • Analytics Enablement:

Clean, transform, and model complex datasets to optimize them for data science models, business intelligence dashboards, and analytics use cases.

  • Collaboration:

Partner with data scientists, business analysts, and digital product teams to understand data requirements and deliver production-ready datasets.

  • Data Quality & Governance:

Implement validation checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, security, and compliance across all delivery layers.

Programming Foundations:

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

  • SQL & Databases:

Excellent command over SQL syntax, relational database design, query optimization, and data warehousing concepts.

  • Cloud Exposure:

Fundamental understanding of cloud computing principles. Hands-on projects or academic exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred.

  • Analytical Mindset:

Familiarity with big data concepts, ETL/ELT processes, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a major plus.
