Directing the delivery of large-scale digital, data, AI and business transformation programmes across Mace Consult.

Responsible for translating strategic transformation priorities into executable programmes whilst managing scope, budget, resources, risks and benefits realisation.

Working closely with the Transformation Programme Director, Digital Portfolio and PMO Manager and business sponsors to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes and projects.
  • Mobilising and structure programmes from concept through implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Managing multiple projects and workstreams across technology, process and business change.
  • Managing initiatives across Oracle Fusion, AI, Data and Analytics, Process Automation and Enterprise Applications.
  • Managing programme budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Directing steering committees, programme reviews and governance forums.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external delivery partners.
  • Driving business readiness, adoption and value realisation activities.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of transformation delivery standards.

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing programmes valued at £3m-£10m+.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Desirable: MSP, Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe or Lean Six Sigma.
