We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Clinical PMO to join our Peripheral Vascular Division, where you will lead complex, cross‑functional clinical programs that drive innovation and business success. This is an opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives in thrives on leading complex, cross-functional programs and is energized by optimizing resources, influencing stakeholders, and delivering meaningful results across multiple programs.
This role is Remote, though proximity to the Irvine office is preferred.

What You Will Do:
- Lead complex clinical programs in complex regulatory, clinical, and technical environments, driving alignment to business objectives.
- Partner across Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Global Supply, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure clinical strategies support enterprise priorities.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.
- Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones while managing teams through execution and delivery.
- Develop and execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders
- Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
- Develop, manage, and forecast program budgets, driving cost efficiencies and financial accountability.
- Contribute to the growth and maturation of the PMO by standardizing project and program management best practices.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of proven project management experience, clinical study project management experience is beneficial
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams, collaborating and communicating effectively with global, cross-cultural stakeholders and team members
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

- USN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual
- US5: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual
- US10: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
- US15: $118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual
- US20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual
- US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
