Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 1.    Internally, you will be working with other functional teams to manage software releases in support of customer requirements. This includes defining releases, driving features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation. 2.    You are responsible for a successful delivery of the program while working as a team with a dedicated Program Architect, who will be helping with the technical aspects. 3.    Detail work include making plan, resource allocation, resource management, documents, tracking program execution, leading verification, releasing software under QMS requirement. 

Qualifications/Requirements: 1.    BS or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Biomedical engineering or related engineering field 2.    5 years or more experience in software development  3.    3 years or more experience in program execution. 4.    Experience in all steps of the software development cycle and knowledge of configuration management tools. Software development cycle knowledge is required. 5.    Familiar with one programming language like Java, C++ or others.  6.    Experience with Unix / Linux based platforms and familiar with Linux Script like bash/ csh/ perl/ python etc. 7.    Good communication skill in English and Chinese. 8.    Strong willingness and capability to learn new things fast.  9.    MS Project skills, Agile Project delivery, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 10.    The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business stakeholders. 11.    Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel. 12.    Experience working in complex software development projects 13.    Experience in Agile is preferred
