About the Role

We are looking for a Director to lead our Industrial Cybersecurity practice (Manufacturing, Pharma & Industrial Products) and drive large-scale security transformation programs for our global clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cyber transformation programs across OT, IAM, Supply Chain and Managed Services
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic client relationships
  • Grow and develop a high-performing international delivery team
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft compelling value propositions

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharma or Industrial Products environments
  • Expertise in one or more domains: OT Security, IAM, Supply Chain Security, Cyber Strategy, NIS2 / EU CRA compliance
  • Proven track record in business development and strategic account management
  • Strong leadership in multicultural environments, with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IEC-62443, NIST CSF frameworks; certifications such as CISSP, GICSP or equivalent are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent English required — German or French is a strong advantage
