About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our MENA Finance team and support financial analysis and reporting across the region, with a reporting line to the EMEA team. This is a hands-on role for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong financial statement and credit risk analysis skills, combined with a passion for technology and innovation in Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial statements across multiple markets, identifying key trends, variances, and financial risks.
- Conduct credit risk analysis, follow up with markets on collection matters, and work closely with credit insurance providers to minimize credit risk exposure.
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial and management reports for stakeholders.
- Work with financial reporting systems and large datasets to ensure accurate and timely analysis.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based analysis, models, and reporting tools to improve and automate financial reporting and analysis processes.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies in Finance to enhance efficiency, analysis, and reporting.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to Finance and business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or credit analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems or BI tools.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and key financial metrics.
- Knowledge or practical experience with AI applications in Finance is highly desirable.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and report preparation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively across different markets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
