Purpose:

The Global MDM COE Analyst is responsible for developing processes and workflows to enable master data entry. This team is primarily responsible for Global Master data management supporting SAP Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance processes. The analyst will be a member of the team working with Business teams to ensure data conforms to established Global/Regional standards and policies. The MDM analyst needs to monitor incoming requests and process based on priority.  

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Developing processes and workflows to enable master data entry and understand business requirements.
  • Designing, developing and maintaining Master Data Management solutions
  • Actively engage the business to understand opportunities.
  • Support other Global IT Projects where they overlap with the MDM Team’s skillset.
  • Lead the Global MDM Center of Excellence (COE) Team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or a business-related course or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience with master data maintenance.

 

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems & good understanding of master data process.
  • Good understanding of Customer, Material, Vendors & Finance master data
  • Knowledge of business processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, Plan to Produce, Finance processes.
  • Familiarity with MDM technologies
  • Hands on knowledge using Microsoft applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
