About the Role:
As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to educate individuals and organizations on the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop customized training solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your main goal will be to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to protect their systems and data from cyber-attacks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Experience working with government agencies or large corporations.
- Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps.
- Experience with cybersecurity risk assessments and audits.
- Experience with cybersecurity incident response and management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs to individuals and organizations.
- Assess client needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices.
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop training materials.
