Job Title
PRODUCT DEFINITION ANALYST 3Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Support UAT, defect triage, and production validation.
- Drive stakeholder communication, requirement sign-offs, and process improvements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Product-based organizations.
- Exposure to API integrations, process modeling, and system design.
- Domain experience in Travel or Airlines is an added advantage.
