Benefits
Full description
Meticulous planner. Skilled facilitator. Quiet diplomat.
If you are the person who can walk into an initiative with bold goals, multiple workstreams, and diverse stakeholders, and walk out with a plan everyone has signed up to, this is a role where you can shine.
The Strategic Delivery team sits within Global Commercial and Marketing and takes the priorities that matter most from concept through to launch and adoption. The work spans global brand launches, new products and services, process improvements, and new ways of working. With opportunities to work across diverse business challenges and stakeholder groups, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, continuous learning, and the pace of project-based work. You do not need to be a subject matter expert in every space. Your role is to create the framework, alignment, and momentum that enables expert teams to deliver their best work.
As Strategic Delivery Manager, you will lead various projects and own how each of them moves forward. You will provide project management leadership that brings clarity, coordination, and accountability, keeping teams aligned and work moving toward completion. A portion of your capacity will also support strategy work, helping define opportunities, develop insights, and shape areas of focus that inform future priorities and projects.
You will report to our Senior Strategic Delivery Manager in the US, with a dotted line into the Windsor strategy team, working three days a week from our global headquarters in Windsor.
What you'll do
- Run projects and initiatives from first scoping through launch, development, and adoption.
- Turn competing priorities into workplans with ownership, milestones and dependencies, and decision points.
- Establish delivery routines, governance, and reporting that create transparency and alignment
- Track progress, manage risks, and drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and leadership updates.
- Partner with business teams in other regions to localise and implement global initiatives.
- Contribute insights and analysis that help inform future priorities and strategic initiatives.
What you'll bring
- Experience leading large cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
- A talent for bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and driving accountability to achieve shared goals.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with an ability to build alignment and drive actionable decisions.
- Working knowledge of Agile principles, applied with judgement to suit a global business and marketing environment.
- Comfort working across geographies and time zones to keep teams connected and initiatives moving forward.
- The judgement to run projects independently while fostering strong relationships and collaboration across teams.
- Comfort with turning analysis into clear insight and recommendations
- Confidence in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to brand marketing, creative, or commercial teams is beneficial.
- A project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster or PRINCE2 is welcome.
If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, building alignment across teams, and turning priorities into progress, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now.
