Job Description

As retail continues to evolve and challenges become increasingly complex and cross-functional, Nordstrom has recognized the need for a centralized team that partners closely with leaders across business, merchandising, technology, and operations to deliver step changes in our results. 

Join our Enterprise Planning and Delivery team, focused on delivering enterprise-wide capabilities, plans, and data & insights that advance Nordstrom’s top strategic priorities. You’ll be part of a high-impact team with deep experience in management consulting, finance, merchandising, product management, and operations. This team provides a 360-degree view across the enterprise, exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful impact. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Program & Planning.  

**This role is Hybrid and does require you to be in office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA.

A Day in the Life … 

As an Enterprise Planning and Delivery Program Manager II, you will own projects and programs end-to-end, driving execution and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll leverage strong analytical skills to perform data analysis, create insights, and develop compelling presentations that influence decision-making at the highest levels. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leaders.   

  • Provide support in managing and deliver enterprise-level projects and programs from initiation through completion. 
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations. 
  • Develop high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences. 
  • Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective execution. 
  • Build strong relationships across business, technology, and operations teams to enable collaboration and problem-solving. 
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with confidence. 

You Own This If You Have … 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus. 
  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related fields. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, modeling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and drive insights. 
  • Possesses financial literacy and can work with financial data to provide insights in support of strategic and operational decisions 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven executive presence. 
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships. 
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. 
  • Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics. 

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.  Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
