We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Development team in Carnaxide, in a temporary opportunity, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

Your main mission will be to monitor business performance, transforming data and indicators into meaningful insights that support decision-making, contributing to results monitoring, financial planning, and the identification of improvement opportunities.

We count on you to…

• Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes;

• Monitor key business indicators and analyze deviations from established targets;

• Produce analyses and recommendations to support decision-making within the Commercial Directorate;

• Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance;

• Conduct market analyses and identify relevant trends;

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of information provided to stakeholders;

• Monitor business operational performance through the analysis of key KPIs;

• Collaborate closely with different areas, promoting an integrated view of results and improvement opportunities.

So, bring with you…

• Degree in Management, Economics, or similar fields;

• Professional experience in Business Analytics, Management Control, Business Controlling, or similar roles;

• Experience in the Food Retail sector will be valued;

• Advanced Excel skills;

• Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion will be valued;

• Experience in the analysis and interpretation of financial and operational indicators;

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

• Excellent communication and influencing skills with different stakeholders;

• Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility;

• Ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
