- Own and administer our Jira environment, including project configuration, workflows, permissions, automation, integrations, reporting, and governance.
- Design, improve, and standardize CI/CD pipelines for build, test, release, and deployment flows.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for Azure DevOps and related platform services.
- Develop secure integrations for identities, secrets, service connections, artifact management, and container workflows.
- Support and improve development and test environments running on Kubernetes and virtual machines.
- Drive platform security, auditability, and operational quality together with internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot incidents, remove bottlenecks, and continuously improve developer experience.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, standards, and operating practices.
What we expect from you

- Strong understanding of Git-based workflows and pull request practices.
- Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and improve ways of working across teams.
- Good communication skills in English.
It is a plus if you have
- Experience with Azure Key Vault, workload identity federation, and service principals.
- Experience with artifact repositories, package management, and container registries.
- Experience in security-focused or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience supporting multiple teams through shared platform services and standards.
- Solid scripting skills with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.
What we offer
- A key technical role with real ownership and influence.
