Job Role: Business Process Analyst Location: Annapolis Junction, MD Duration: Full time, Onsite Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI Clearance
Requirements: - 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS BA degree, or 3 to 5 years with an MS MA degree, or 0 to 2 years with a PhD. - Prior experience supporting government, defense, or intelligence community programs. - Experience in quality assurance, process management, mission assurance, or related disciplines. - Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). - Apply knowledge of quality frameworks, including ISO 9001, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma principles. - Familiarity with mission assurance, quality systems, program management frameworks, or enterprise transformation initiatives. - Strong experience with process modeling techniques and tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
