We are looking for Analyst – Master Data Management and who play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of vendor master data that supports critical procurement and finance operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 4+years of experience in Vendor Master Data Management and Supplier Onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zycus and Infor, a strong understanding of data governance, supplier compliance, and banking validation processes, and a passion for maintaining high-quality master data.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process from Zycus to Infor Supplier Master.
  • Create, validate, approve, and maintain supplier master records while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and verify supplier documentation, including tax forms, banking details, business registrations, certifications, and compliance documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform independent verification of supplier banking information to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance before vendor setup and payment processing.
  • Execute vendor master data cleansing activities between Infor and Zycus to support accurate and seamless data migration.
  • Monitor and maintain vendor master data integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions related to supplier onboarding and vendor master management.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supplier onboarding and ongoing master data governance.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, data governance standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

What you bring

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Vendor Master Data Management, Supplier Onboarding, or Master Data Management.
  • Hands-on experience working with Zycus, Infor Supplier Master, or similar ERP and supplier management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier onboarding processes, vendor master maintenance, and data governance.
  • Experience in banking validation, supplier documentation review, and compliance verification.
  • Exposure to data cleansing, data migration, and master data quality initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP reporting tools is an advantage.
