Full description

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support the Director, FP&A - Supply Chain & Procurement. This role will be responsible for leading the company's 13-Week Cash Flow Forecast, managing SG&A reporting and analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights. The Financial Analyst will support forecasting, budgeting, operational performance analysis, and strategic initiatives while helping drive process improvements and enhanced financial visibility across the organization. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills and are eager to develop as a strategic business partner.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the weekly 13-Week Cash Flow Forecast process, providing visibility into liquidity, working capital trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly SG&A reporting and variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key business drivers and cost improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support Supply Chain and Procurement decision-making.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Accounting teams to analyze spending, inventory, savings initiatives, and operational performance.
  • Create management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for Finance leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close activities through financial analysis and performance reporting.
  • Lead and support strategic projects for the Director, FP&A, including process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, reporting automation, and ad hoc financial analyses.

Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent is required; advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand & collaborate cross functionally.
