Project & Senior Site Manager Modules (m/f/d) in fulltime! We are launching and developing a new platform dedicated to prefabricated modules, and we are looking for a proactive person to help shape, organize, and drive daily on-site operations.

Deine Aufgaben:
Your role: You will take ownership for the end-to-end management of operations, from identifying customer requirements through to final handover of the installations. You will act as the operational lead for our business activity in three key dimensions:• Project Management - operations & customer relationship:
Manage modular construction projects. Develop and maintain execution schedules. Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and timeline objectives. Identify risks and implement associated mitigation plans. Organize and lead coordination meetings. Prepare management reports and performance updates. Manage change requests and operational decisions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Site Management – preparation, execution, HSE & quality:
Participate in preliminary project studies. Verify technical prerequisites. Validate execution methodologies and work procedures. Coordinate technical resources. Supervise module deliveries. Organize lifting and material handling operations. Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors. Ensure daily monitoring of site activities. Verify compliance of completed installations. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards. Perform quality inspections and controls.
- Supply Chain Coordination – procurement, logistics & supply chain:
Plan project material requirements. Coordinate procurement activities. Monitor purchase orders and deliveries. Ensure availability of all required equipment. Organize transportation. Supervise module flows between various locations. Coordinate temporary storage operations. Optimize logistics costs. Manage logistics and technical subcontractors. Evaluate supplier performance. Participate in service and contract negotiations. Implement corrective actions. Dein Profil:
Your profile: You have acquired
- An Associate Degree to Master's Degree (Bachelor's/Master's equivalent) in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational multi-site complex project management, preferably in industrial or renewable energy projects
- Proven experience in site management
- Experience coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, preferably of the German market
- Strong HSE risk management knowledge
- International experience is considered an advantage
