What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and utility infrastructure projects
  • Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from project award through fabrication, shipment, and closeout
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams to ensure successful execution
  • Monitor schedules, manufacturing capacity, and delivery commitments while balancing customer requirements and business objectives
  • Apply commercial awareness to support pricing discussions, forecasting, order prioritization, and customer growth opportunities
  • Identify project risks early and drive resolution before impacting customers or production schedules
  • Provide customers with visibility on production status, lead times, shipments, and key milestones
  • Develop a strong understanding of market conditions, customer buying behaviors, and competitive dynamics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or commercial operations within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and projects from order receipt through final delivery
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, forecasting, customer demand, and margin considerations
  • Exposure to fabrication scheduling, manufacturing planning, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations preferred
  • Experience with anchor bolts, anchor cages, threaded products, structural steel foundation systems, utility hardware, or related products preferred

Your Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
