✨ Your role with us :
As a Data & Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in building the technical foundations that allow Extra Shop to make better use of its data and continuously improve its tools.
🌟 Specifically, you need to:
- Design, develop and maintain reliable data pipelines, including data extraction, transformation and loading
- Develop and maintain integrations between our Business Central ERP and WMS
- Leverage data to develop forecasting solutions
- Use AI tools to develop, prototype and improve new applications
- Automate repetitive tasks to save time for our teams
- Work closely with business teams to turn their needs into pragmatic technical solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data environment and internal tools

🎯 You are the person we are looking for if :
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in data engineering, integration or development
- You are comfortable working with Python and SQL
- You are interested in understanding how existing systems work and can adapt to an ERP / WMS / retail environment
- You have a true "builder" mindset: you enjoy building, testing, solving problems and, most importantly, putting concrete solutions into production
- You are autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- AI is already part of the way you work: you naturally use AI tools for coding, debugging, documentation, prototyping or learning new technologies
- You are comfortable working both on the data / backend side and on developing small applications and automations
- You communicate easily with non-technical stakeholders and can translate their needs into concrete solutions
- You are fluent in at least 2 of the following 3 languages: French, Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus
