About the role

Job Summary The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing experienced professionals and implementing short-term strategies and policies. The role includes overseeing technical projects, ensuring quality standards, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ experienced to senior expert-level employees.This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage technical project teams. Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experienceare minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams. Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in technical project environments.
