As a Consultant - Data Engineer, you will design, build, and optimise data pipelines and platforms that empower clients to harness the full value of their data. Working closely with stakeholders, architects, and analytics teams, you will deliver scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support analytics and reporting.
- Implement and optimise cloud data platform solutions, leveraging tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric depending on project requirements.
- Collaborate with data architects and business users to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices are embedded within data workflows.
- Participate in agile delivery cycles, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project objectives.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong proficiency with cloud data services (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or similar).
- Experience in building and optimising data pipelines and data models.
- Solid SQL skills and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PySpark.
- Knowledge of data governance, security practices, and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing consulting engagements.
