RF(Radio Frequency) Engineer in - Architecture and Network Solutions (Access Solutions) | AUMOVIO Korea

The RF Engineer to join our wireless communication team, responsible for developing/testing TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System) and UWB(Ultra Wide Band) products & system. This role combines hardware validation, vehicle tests, RF system validation and other activities. 

  • Contribute to developing RF system and subsystems, including RF validation, tests and complex RF design analysis.
  • Perform RF design reviews, troubleshoot for RF issues, and RF system integration/validation tests in the lab and the vehicles.
  • Analyze whole system with network analysis tools to optimize RF networks and derive the best RF performance. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related discipline. 
  • Understanding of RF fundamentals: impedance matching, S-parameters, return loss, and RF radiation patterns.
  • Experience with tools such as ADS(Advanced Design System), CST(Computer Simulation Technology), or HFSS(High-Frequency Structure Simulator) for hardware and RF simulation/design.
  • Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNA(Vector Network Analyzer), signal generators, and other RF measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with TPMS system and UWB, BLE technologies or other RF systems.
  • Knowledge of vehicle network protocols(CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
