As a Java Microservices+EJB+Banking/Insurance Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance - Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving complex problems - Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java, Microservices, and EJB to deliver exceptional user experiences - Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of software engineering projects - Utilizing technical proficiency in API Management and Application Development to optimize software solutions - Building and maintaining relationships with business and technology leaders to identify and address software challenges - Promoting the use of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to improve software development processes - Confirming the integrity and security of software applications within development frameworks - Mentoring junior staff and leveraging team strengths to deliver on client expectations - Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members, escalating where appropriate

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
