This is a hybrid position (4 days per week in office from 1 of our office locations below and 1 day remote).

This opportunity can be based out of either Office Location below:

  • Brampton location @ 1 Presidents Choice Cir, Brampton, ON L6Y 5S5 (near hwy. 407 and Mississauga Rd)
  • North York location @ 243 Consumers Rd, North York, ON M2J 4W8 (near hwy. 404 and hwy. 401)

As part of Lifemark’s Technology & Analytics transformation, we are building a modern product management function focused on enabling operational excellence, scalable growth, and exceptional clinician and patient experiences through technology-enabled workflows and platforms.

Reporting to the Director, Products and Platforms, the Senior Product Manager, Practice Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core practice management platform, the system that runs the clinic operating experience end to end, from the clinician-facing capabilities used to manage day-to-day practice operations to the patient-facing experiences that guide patients through their journey with a clinic. The role also extends into new and emerging product areas, including the application of AI within the practice management experience. Sitting at the intersection of clinical operations, design, engineering, analytics, and delivery, you will align diverse teams around a shared vision, scale the platform, and deliver measurable value for patients, clinicians, and the business alike.

Impact we're looking for you to make:

  • Own the product vision for Practice Management, defining strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Run continuous discovery to identify and validate product opportunities, combining user research, analytics, and regular conversations with clinicians, administrators, patients, and prospects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to move from discovery through shipped, adopted functionality, owning scoping, sequencing, and trade-off decisions to keep delivery aligned to the intended business outcome.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical operations, programs, marketing, and leadership to deliver high-impact work with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and operational governance requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI-assisted capabilities and automation to clinic and patient workflows, improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and elevating the user experience.
  • Track partners and competitors to anticipate industry trends and sharpen the platform's market positioning.
  • Define success metrics for practice management initiatives and report progress against them.
  • Establish and contribute to consistent product management disciplines across the organization.

What we're looking for:

  • 5-7+ years in product management, with at least 2-3 years in a healthcare technology environment.
  • Experience working with practice management systems, EMRs, referrals, scheduling, or operational healthcare workflows.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional products from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations and a track record of driving operational process optimization.
  • Ability to synthesize clinical, operational, and technical inputs into clear strategies and well-scoped requirements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive prioritization and communicate product impact.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across clinical and technical audiences.
  • Experience in Agile product delivery environments.
  • Healthcare, rehabilitation, or multi-site operational experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives is considered an asset.
