Job Overview:

The Project Manager I will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and closing of small to medium-sized construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.

Responsibilities:**

* Assist senior project managers and superintendents with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in developing solutions to keep projects on track. * Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. * Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. * Participate in project meetings, providing updates and contributing to problem-solving discussions. * Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices. * Support the procurement of materials and equipment as needed. * Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks. * Learn and apply company project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. * 0-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or utility infrastructure industry. * Basic understanding of construction principles, project scheduling, and budgeting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required. * OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
