Descriptionlevel Salesforce Administrator (Level 3) who can own platform administration, configuration, automation, security, reporting, and user support. This person should have strong experience with Flows, security models, data management, integrations, and platform optimization. They will partner with business stakeholders, lead enhancement projects, drive adoption, and provide technical leadership across the Salesforce environment. Provides support for Salesforce user access, system configurations, and platform functionality.2. Troubleshoots and resolves routine Salesforce application, data quality, and user support issues.3. Performs Salesforce configuration updates, deployments, releases, and system maintenance activities.4. Administers user accounts, role hierarchies, permission sets, and access requests in accordance with established policies.5. Provides technical assistance related to Salesforce functionality, reporting, and configuration.6. Assists in testing Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and platform updates.7. Supports data backup, recovery validation, and restoration activities.8. Monitors system performance and usage trends and assists with platform optimization efforts.9. Collaborates with IT teams, business units, vendors, and third-party partners to support Salesforce operations and integrations.10. Documents system configurations, procedures, and support activities.11. Identifies opportunities to improve system usability, efficiency, and automation using declarative Salesforce tools.12. Maintains knowledge of Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging capabilities.13. Participates in disaster recovery planning and testing activities.14. Ensures individual and related team performance effectively meets all TFCU Member Services Requirements, TFCU Missions, TFCU Goals/Objectives, and TFCU Policies/Procedures/Practices.Level II15. Performs all functions of Level I.16. Serves as an experienced Salesforce Administrator and provides guidance and knowledge sharing to Level I team members.17. Independently implements Salesforce configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments.18. Performs advanced troubleshooting and resolves escalated application, integration, and data-related issues.19. Maintains Salesforce environments to ensure reliability, scalability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.20. Implements and monitors Salesforce security controls, conducts access reviews, and identifies security and compliance risks.21. Maintains documentation for system configurations, workflows, automation, releases, and deployment activities.22. Supports the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce technologies, integrations, and AppExchange solutions.23. Partners with business stakeholders to implement new features, enhancements, and process improvements.24. Coordinates with external vendors and third-party developers to resolve issues and implement system enhancements.25. Analyzes data quality and system utilization trends and recommends improvements.Level III26. Performs all functions of Level I and II.27. Serves as a Salesforce subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, solution design guidance, and mentorship to administrators and stakeholders.28. Leads the planning, testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and platform releases.29. Designs and implements complex Salesforce configurations, automation, security models, and business process solutions.30. Leads efforts to improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, and adoption across the organization.31. Oversees Salesforce security administration, compliance activities, audit support, and access governance processes.32. Evaluates new technologies, architectural approaches, and platform capabilities, making recommendations for implementation.33. Leads disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution for Salesforce and integrated systems.34. A bachelor's degree in management information systems or a related field is required for Levels III. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.Level I: Requires two years of experience in the administration, support, or maintenance of Salesforce platforms. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is preferred. Financial institution experience is preferred.Level II: Requires three years of experience in the administration, support, or maintenance of Salesforce platforms. Experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud environments is preferred. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $106000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
