Join Henkel’s Digital organization and take ownership of the operational delivery of the sales analytics and data platform that powers steering, reporting, and decision making across Henkel’s business units. This is a delivery-focused, project-management role. You will operate within an agile environment and use Azure DevOps as the backbone for planning and tracking, but your core mandate is end-to-end project execution: milestones, dependencies, risks, budget awareness, stakeholder alignment, and leadership reporting.
What you´ll do
- Act as the Project Manager for the data platform, driving delivery planning, governance, and reporting across a connected portfolio of sales analytics dashboards and data products delivered across multiple business units.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, and data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Keep roadmaps on track, make delivery transparent, and ensure the right topics reach the right people at the right time.
- Own the operational delivery of the product portfolio, maintaining delivery roadmaps, release plans, and milestone tracking across a connected set of sales analytics dashboards.
- Establish and run project governance: maintain risk, issue, dependency, decision, and action logs, and drive escalation management where delivery is at risk.
- Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, data engineering) and business stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure alignment, clear priorities, and timely execution.
- Plan and steer major workstreams end to end – such as multi-business-unit dashboard rollouts and platform or data migrations – including scope definition, planning, and readiness tracking.
- Drive delivery transparency through meaningful metrics, dashboards, and status reporting, leveraging Azure DevOps Analytics and Power BI.
- Prepare and align project updates, leadership presentations, steering committee materials, and sprint review reporting covering progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the delivery team, stakeholders, and leadership – ensuring smooth communication, follow-up on open topics, and clear ownership of decisions.
