Your Tasks

  • Overall project management for customer orders
  • Responsibility for project success (costs, payments, deadlines and quality), as well as control and coordination of the project team and all interfaces
  • Technical and commercial order clarification
  • Commercial controlling of the project, deadline tracking and project reporting
  • Change and claim management
  • Evaluation of opportunities and risks (PRIP)
  • Coordination of escalation management; resolution of conflicts
  • Execution of project reviews and exchange of experience with stakeholders
  • Preparation of the construction site phase as well as site control in close cooperation with the site manager
  • Project control until defect-free handover to customer and after sales service

Your Qualifications

  • A technology and/or business qualification (engineering or business administration)
  • Several years of professional experience and a sound knowledge of project management methods and/or technical sales, where possible in the food/beverage industry
  • You have knowledge of contract law
  • You have user knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and MS Project
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and preferable German and French
  • You have a targeted, structured manner of work
  • You are able to work in a team, are assertive and possess good manners
  • You have sound, efficient time management skills and can work flexibly according to project requirements
  • Willingness to travel frequently and to spend longer periods abroad (approx. 25%)
