We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our SaaS applications in order to enrich our AI-powered Traffic Operations Platform used by cities to manage mobility networks in real time. The MOS platform (Mobility OS) offers a variety of SaaS applications, used by traffic agencies to manage traffic and act on real-time insights. This role is responsible for enriching the application offering and supporting new use cases and new domains enabling cities to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, data-driven traffic management powered by AI.
You will work on initiatives from 0-to-1, with an AI-first and growth mindset, collaborating closely with UX, engineering, sales, operations, and product leadership to define and deliver innovative solutions.
Your day to day will look like:
- Define and own the roadmap for new MOS applications, enrich traffic optimization capabilities with additional use cases, while spanning operational and analytics dashboards to reflect traffic performance.
- Orchestrate cross-team efforts, providing a clear and coherent “game plan” considering short and long terms.
- Act as a subject matter expert, bridging product development with customers' needs and industry standards.
- Operate independently with stakeholder trust, making effective, well-communicated decisions.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and represent the product in internal and external forums.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of B2B SaaS applications
- Proven experience delivering value-driven products with adoption metrics growth
- Experience working closely with UX and engineering teams on technically complex systems
- Strong ability to translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in products involving IOT edge devices
- Background in NMS systems
- Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven systems
- Familiarity with real-time or autonomous systems
- Experience operating in regulated or public-sector environments
