As a Senior Financial Analyst at ICON, you will provide critical insights to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the organization.

What You Will Do:

You will take ownership of finance and financial management deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze trends, assess financial performance, and project future financial outcomes.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide financial support for various initiatives and projects.
  • Monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying discrepancies, and proposing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and analysis, and maintaining a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve financial analysis and reporting processes.

Your Profile:

You will have a strong foundation in finance and financial management, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience as a financial analyst, with a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
