This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor(a) FullStack - Java based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and modernize software solutions that support organizations in improving their operational performance and digital capabilities. You will work across the full stack, combining Java, Spring, and Angular to build reliable and scalable applications. The position involves contributing to the evolution and modernization of an established ERP platform while addressing new business needs and technical challenges. You will work with APIs, databases, integrations, microservices, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices. The role also encourages the use of generative AI to accelerate development, documentation, and understanding of legacy systems. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack functionalities using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Angular.

• Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and modernization of a mature ERP platform, balancing new development with the improvement of existing solutions.

• Design, develop, consume, and maintain REST APIs to support integrations and reliable communication between systems.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement appropriate business rules and software solutions.

• Investigate and resolve incidents while performing corrective and evolutionary maintenance to ensure application stability and reliability.

• Develop automated tests and contribute to quality strategies that improve software reliability and maintainability.

• Participate in technical and functional refinements, contributing to solution design, task clarification, and development estimates.

• Perform code reviews and share development practices that promote code quality, consistency, and maintainability.

• Contribute to incremental deliveries within an agile development environment, collaborating effectively with other team members.

• Support initiatives aimed at reducing technical debt and improving the long-term sustainability of the software.

• Contribute to improvements in application architecture, performance, scalability, and overall system stability.

• Use generative AI tools to support software development, technical documentation, code understanding, and analysis of legacy systems.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Demonstrate professional experience in Full Stack development using Java.

• Have solid experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Possess hands-on experience developing front-end applications with Angular.

• Have experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.

• Demonstrate practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Have experience with Git and modern code versioning practices.

• Possess knowledge of software architecture and experience contributing to scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Have experience integrating different systems and developing solutions that enable reliable communication between applications.

• Demonstrate experience with microservices architectures and application decoupling.

• Have practical experience with Docker and containerized applications.

• Possess experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.

• Demonstrate experience with automated testing and strong software development practices.

• Java, Spring Framework, Angular or React, Docker, DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban certifications are considered an advantage.

• Previous experience developing products for the education sector is desirable.

• Experience with technology transformation projects and legacy-system modernization is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering practices is desirable.

• Oracle Java platform certifications are considered an additional advantage.
