DescriptionLooking for a high level Salesforce Developer who can design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions. This individual should have deep experience developing custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integrations while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.The ideal candidate has experience leading technical design efforts, mentoring other developers, establishing development best practices, and driving high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. Partners with leadership to identify development opportunities, skill gaps, and training needs within the team.36. Drives continuous improvement initiatives related to development practices, delivery processes, platform governance, and operational efficiency.37. Establishes and oversees technical documentation standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and long-term maintainability.38. Serves as a trusted advisor on Salesforce platform capabilities, architectural patterns, technology adoption, and long-term solution direction.39. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $106000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
