Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Business Analysis & Requirements: Provide technical and business expertise to support IS solutions; collect and translate requirements for internal/external delivery parties.
- ESG Reporting Coordination: Coordinate ESG reporting across Automation divisions, Corporate Sustainability, and technical teams to align divisional needs with solution capabilities.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze ESG processes, data flows, and dependencies; translate sustainability reporting needs into clear functional and data requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify data gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities to strengthen reporting quality and reliability.
- Development Requirements & Support: Provide structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support design, testing, and validation of ESG reporting solutions.
- Product Ownership: Act as Product Owner for AU Sustainability reporting, managing priorities, backlog, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Validation: Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business, compliance, data, and usability expectations.
- Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent business stakeholders, promote solution adoption, and support effective use of ESG data and analytics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, product ownership, or sustainability-related roles
- Experience translating business, data, and reporting needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Good understanding of ESG or sustainability reporting processes, data flows, and governance expectations
- Experience working with BI, reporting, or data analytics solutions such as Power BI, SQL-based reporting, or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to coordinate across business, sustainability, and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Product Owner, business analyst, or data product role within an enterprise reporting or analytics environment
- Familiarity with corporate sustainability reporting requirements, ESG data models, or reporting frameworks
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, cloud-based data solutions, or CCDP-related delivery models
- Knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, solution validation, and user acceptance testing
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or global matrix organizations
